Some can look like a fine fishing line and spray a needle thread like that and make finding the source tough. In general leaks will be the highest and furthest forward of any trace or evidence. Of couse a leak could be anywhere there is coolant so a pressure test would really help find it. Transaxle will need to be removed to repair. Part is about 2 dollars, labor is a bunch.
