And exactly, how is someone here to know for sure that you are not trying to steal someone's car?

After all, you are asking for help bypassing the alarm.

Re: 94 nissan maxima security bypass Sign In

i wasn't tring to steal a car i'm 36yrs old and a little to old for nonsense..also the car is a 94 if i was to steal something it would be a alot newer than a 1994 maxima with 175,000+ miles..nissan wanted me to tow the car in and they would look at it then charge me who knows how much to fix it that's why i put the post up i need elp wether to bypass the factory security or how to troubleshoot and fix the problem i understand where you're coming from but i mean really steal a '94 i don't think so...but i did get it started my next door neighbor went with me and to figure it out and it turns outthe anti theft relay under the hood was bad so we got a new one and now the key works turning off the security and it only cost me a case of beers and 20 bucks for a new relay so thanks for your concern

bobbyvip: Please don't judge this site by "annonymous posters" we are better than that! I didn't have any ideas for you so didn't make a post. If there was one universal way to disable all alarms then they would be more pointless than they are to begin with. You had the keys so why would we then suspect you were stealing it?

unbolt battery terminal.

Remove 7.5 Amp fuse for ignition battery located under hood next to battery on its separate fuse box.

Wait 5 minutes.

Reinstall.

Start Engine.
