95 Ford windstar. Could it be fuel injectors or pump?

I believe I may have 2 separate issues here or they could be related.
I’ve had the van for few years. When I got it my dome light and door open beeper would come on whenever I’d brake. So I disconnected the fuse for the light. Door still goes off every once in while. I replaced the battery but the battery drains if it’s really cold out OR if it hasn’t been ran in 24 hrs. So sometimes I’d have to charge it just to drive it. Any idea the issue there?
Now just recently my engine has began to rev when idling. When put in reverse it gives itself gas without touching the gas pedal. Sometimes at idle or at stop lights it wants to jerk forward. And if I hit the gas pedal too hard or fast it’ll die. But will turn over right away usually. And to add that sometimes it’ll shift into gear hard and jerk forward too. NOW, it won’t stay running at all. Could it be the pump or injectors?
Any help would be appreciated.

The first problem could be related to a door ajar switch being triggered while braking. Check to make sure all doors are closing correctly and are adjusted properly.
The parastic drain maybe related to your door ajar switch issue, but you may need to perform a parasitic draw test to figure out where the draw is coming from.
Is the check engine light on? You may need to get hold of an eec code reader to find out what codes are being stored if the light is on.
Do you know how to check a TPS and MAF sensor? These old vans did not have datastream capability, so you had to use a pinout box to find out the values of different sensor signals and outputs to get an idea of what the computer seeing and doing.
