96 Chevy Lumina 3100. Just replaced thermostat, worked great but I still have a small coolant leak on the other side of the motor below the water pump. It is a small consistent drip coming off of this small hose that is feeding into whatever the bottom pulley is attached to. Have no idea what this tiny hose is or where it leads. Any help is much appreciated.

More likely the water pump which just happens to be an easy one on this engine. The lower hose goes to the timing cover and is probably getting dripped on from the pump.

With the pulley on the pump you might not see it leaking so easily. Here's an inside view of the pump - pulley would be mounted on the back side of this pic. Note FIVE bolt holes is all!

From your description, it sounds as if the water pump, itself, may be leaking. There is a 'seep' hole on the bottom side of the pump shaft where coolant will come out when the shaft seal fails. You may be able to see it with a mirror.
