I have a 96 dodge neon 2.0 sohc without abs.The drivers side front caliper keeps freezing up once it gets warm.I have replaced the caliper, the master cylinder, the proportioning valves and replaced all the other brakes and still have the same problem. The wheel bearings are good also.At this point I am stumped.Any new ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Replace the rubber flex hose to the wheel and make sure all the caliper slides move freely. You really should be doing everything in pairs to avoid any further problems also. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
