My car is a 97 Pontiac Bonneville with a 3.8 and about 158,000 miles. A few weeks ago my car started to stall. At first I thought it was random but we have narrowed it down to only stalling when the car is turning while breaking or accelerating up a incline and then breaking. It stalls several times if the breaks are being used but if you continue to give it gas going around turns it will not stall. It stalls whether it was just started or if it was warmed up and running. I had it looked at and the codes read, they determined the throttle positioning sensor was at fault. I replace the sensor and the car worked for about a week before it started to stall again. I'd love to hear any insight anyone had on this problem. Thanks!
