i'm driving a 97 cavalier, i used to get very good fuel milage, now it really sucks!!!! I really need some good advice on this one, as i have changed my oil, and sparkplugs, it had real good mileage until recently. we had gone on a camping trip, requiring about a total of 3-400 km of driving, we ended up encountering rough weather, and the car was put in ditch at about 25 km/h, then a tire blowout at roughly 100 km/h put the car into a farmers field again, but we were able to drive the car out, please help as i don't know what i should all do next to fix my problem

First thing is to stay on the road! You have to check fuel economy with more than one tank of fuel. One good traffic jam or getting stuck and blowing out a tire can mess up the mileage. If it stays bad you should notice the car doesn't run as well. What else was damaged in these off road adventures? T
