I have a 98 chevy k1500 work truck. I am having issues when my engine has been running awile like 30 to 45 mins. What happens is I start to slowly lose acceleration power and eventually the engine wants to fail when I gas it. I have the 4.3 v6 in the truck. I have replaced and checked the following- Mass air sensor, new Catalytic converter, new alternator, distributer, plugs, checked the fuel pressure and it it is steady. I replaced the fuel filter and the ignition coil. When i just shut the engine off for 3 sec and then restart I get power back but just temporary for like 5 to 10 mins. I have no idea what it could be now. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd get a code reading even if no light is on. It may help locate this trouble,
