I've got a 1998 Honda Passport, 3.2l v6 with 158000mi on it. Since the weather has gotten warmer it has been running very hot. At one point there was a little steam bubbling out of the hose at the radiator cap. I'm worried about it overheating. I've been able to get the temperature to normalize when vehicle is moving and the heat is on full. The condenser fan is not working (i have one on order, as i figure it should be replaced whether or not it is related). I'm guessing this is partially responsible for the problem, but not completely as even when car is moving, i need to have the heat on to normalize the engine temp. No visible coolant leaks and the reservoir shows full. Oil is topped off. Has a newer radiator. any ideas?

No fan for radiator it's going to overheat! Hope you haven't blown gaskets already. Don't drive it like that or it will just get worse, T
