There are three codes showing up they are p0171, p0161, p0174. Could anyone tell me what the codes mean? Thank you.. zmame Veteran / Moderator Jun 23, 2011, 5:42 PM Post #2 of 4 (2540 views) Re: About ford windstar engine codes Sign In  p0171 - bank 1 too lean P0161 - low voltage bank 2 sensor 2 P0174 - Bank 2 too lean lean conditions could be vacuum leak, Low fuel pressure. The O2 could be wiring open or O2 it's self. Don't think the Bank 2 Sensor 2 would cause it to run lean. He had first hooked the wires wrong and I bought a book for it then he changed to the right way (so he said).
