Audi A4 Scrapes Driveway

The underside of my 2004 Audi A4 1.8T FWD-Sport Suspension scrapes a hump in my driveway whenever there is more than the driver in the car. I wonder if there is some adjustment that can be made to the suspension that will elevate the car by say one inch or so.

Are tires the suggested size? Filling them to max proper pressure may help,
