I have a 1995 Nissan 200SX and I need to have the front bumper replaced. Is this something I can do myself? I know very little about cars but I would rather save money and do it myself if I can. I saw some for sale online for $50-$150, and the $50 one seemed exactly the same as the more expensive ones. Is there anything else I would need? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Great car.Yes you can probably do this, body work can be tricky as far as lining up body panels, but with the bumper just unbolt the entire assembly with the mount struts, plastic and everything on it, and lining up will be easy, just tighten bolts enough to be adjusted and be sure to unbolt the mounts from the side towards the back not the front (this will allow for easier lining up) and use a lot of bolt loosener before.(If necessary) Home of the burnt rubber air freshener.
