Car makes noise when starting Sign In

Our 1995 Buick Century makes a noise when starting first thing in the morning after sitting overnight, it only does it the first time then the rest of the day when the car is started it doesn't make the noise. Was told it could possibly be the power steering pump. Here's a link to an audio file of the noise.

Couldn't make the link to sound of it work? IDK - Check PS fluid level if you think that it? Another may come by and help - I have to go,

Re: Car makes noise when starting Sign In

I heard your noise, but doesn't really sound like PS whine. Have someone start your vehicle while you watch under the hood. Try to find out where the noise is coming from. Pay attention to the drive belt.
