Car runs rough AFTER warmed up

I had a Volvo that began running horrible once warmed up. I couldn't take it through a drive through or anything. I had to get rid of it because nobody could give me a definate answer as to what was wrong with it. Last year I got an old Chevy Cavalier of my grandmas. Low MIles but had the same problem. Once warmed up it ran horrible and stalled, though it would start right back up. It would throw some bull crud errors that didn't tell us anything. I wasn't gonna let G-ma's car go so easily. Me and my old man(who I think is brilliant) scratched our heads and couldn't figure it out. The only mechanics we trusted wanted to change out all four fuel injectors with new GM as this had fixed a car with this problem before for them. 9hundred dollars? No thanks. Long story short the old man and I decided gas or pressure wasn't holding in the injector ports once the engine warmed up and the O-rings on the injectors were old and would no longer expand with the engine. We replaced the O-Ring seals on the injectors and WHALLA! Runs great. Note: Only use real GM seals. don't bother with the auto parts store junk.
