Can a carb on a 87 Toyota 20R engine be replaced with a carb from a 22R engine?

not a direct answer your looking for but here is some advice on carbs. choosing a carb is based on a few things. 1) 2 or 4 barrel configuration, depending on your intake manifold 2) choosing the correct CFM do a search, there is a formula for calculating the volumetric efficiency of your engine to determine the proper CFM required for your engine. 3) the rest is making sure your linkage is transferred over 4) its all in the tuning of the carb with the ignition timing so as long as the mounting flange/ barrel configuration is the same on the two, just compare flow rates __________________________________________________ 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 2002 Ford Ranger 2004 Toyota Corolla 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1
