Simultaneously started making a ticking sound, oil gauge started dipping between 20-40 and lost power. Recently had a collapsed lifter replaced and has worked fine for the 2 months since then. Does this sound like 1 problem or a combination of things going wrong at once? The oil pressure fluctuation is very concerning. I would stop driving it immediately and have it towed to the shop that did the work.
