The A/C fan does not want to work. Cold air does come out but the fan does not start right away. After 3-4 minutes the fan will engage and blow cold air. Rear air works fine only the front passenger and driver have this problem

It sounds like a bad motor or a burnt plug connector. Try jumping power and ground from another source directly to the motor to see if it's OK
