Need help! i have 2003 2500HD Chevy diesel. Sunday i disconnected both my batt's to install some lights but ended up not installing them, but when i re-connected the batts my truck wont start now! By that i mean i get nothing it wont even crank over its dead. Both batts are good and charged, all fuses and relays are good. I have power to all my lights, interior and radio. i have power when the key is in accessory mode but when i turn it the rest of the way to start i get nothing! what could be the problem? Thanks

Duak battery systems are a pain in the butt. When you turn your headlights on, are they bright? this sounds like a cut and dry case of bad battery, but if you have tested them and they are fine, i dont know? usually when you have power to everything , and try to start and get nothing, it is the sign of a flat battery. Try cleaning your battery terminals, and battery posts. If this isnt the case, it may be the solenoid on the starter. Check if the solenoid wire is attached firmly. Let us know
