I had to change a power steering line on the steering gear. In order to do this I had to drop the cross-member. This is a 1995 Chrysler Cirrus Guess what? the rear bolts are just turning. My guess is they had captive nuts. So my plan is to cut the heads off or drill them off. Punch the bolts into the floor boards to make a mark and then drill access holes in the floor. Has anyone run into something similar?
