Anyone know what this sound could be? Just constantly doing this.

For the 9 seconds you did that best I can say is a dead battery or close to it.
This site is mostly US doesn't matter for this much.
Check battery and connections plus have it fully charged up and tested. Try again see what it does,

Could be dead battery. Could be a bad starter of seized engine also. You didn't include any info about what took place leading up to this.

Yeah, my bad video could of been better but didn't want to upload a long clip of the same sound.
But I've used a multi-meter to test the battery and it seems fine, Used jump leads from another car and the still the same sound.

Hammer time, I've ruled the battery out so it could be one of the other two, But I wish there was a lead up to this happening I could of prevented it from happening, the car has been fine running and starting perfectly and all of a sudden I went out today to try and start it and this happened leaving me with a car that won't start.

If you have access to the starter try tapping on the body of it while someone is trying to start it. If it suddenly cranks, the starter is bad.
