I have a 95 jeep wrangler 4cyl that is leaking coolant from the exhaust manifold. No water in oil and runs good. Please help!!!

? For now keep it full of coolant constantly. Check that you aren't being fooled by leaking something onto the exhaust manifold not from it, itself?
IMO if that much was getting into a cylinder this would be spewing steam out exhaust up to hydro locking engine so the guess is it's from something else - check that harder,

You should pressure test this thing to find out for sure where that coolant is leaking from. Like Tom said, highly unlikely coming from the manifold itself. Maybe a bolt into the water jacket or something higher running down.

I know it's leaking because I pressure tested the system. You can see and hear the coolant/water coming from the manifold and down the block.

Yes - Pressure check should force the leak to show itself. Look at any nearby coolant carrying hoses and items. Some leaks can be like the finest fish line pointing at something else and fool you as to the source leak. Wipe dry, keep looking for more and where,

If too fast to wipe dry try blowing compressed air where wet. You need to find the exact spot it's coming from at least and be sure,
