Dodge Ram Front Suspension Failure???

Hello, i have a 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.2 magnum with approx 155k miles. Here's the history, the truck was submerged in salt water during Hurricane Katrina almost to the top of the tires; truck ran fine after that, but obviously the frame is pretty rusted up (not sure if that has anything to do with what's going on). The ball joints in the front tires were replaced in 2008 then the truck sat idle for almost 2 years in a covered parking garage. I just had it delivered to my current location and i can't figure out what's going on with the front end. Both front tires are tilted inward at the top; to better describe it looks like something is pushing down on the hood and making the wheels cave in. Being it has independent front suspension i don't understand why they're both doing the same thing unless there is a part that affects both sides that has failed. There is no give in the suspension; i hit a speed bump going maybe 5 miles an hour and my ass still hurts. I haven't done anything to this point except inspect a little. My only guess is that both springs have given in. I'd appreciate any help that yall can give.

You have some serious structural problems somewhere. You could have a broke frame or numerous other possibilities. Once a vehicle swims in salt water, it is history and should never be driven again. This is why insurance companies automatically total them and title laws require it to be declared at sale.
