I have 1996 Dodge ram 150 van 5,2 liter.
the question is i put new brabkes all around and new calp on front only, how do I get brake pedal to come up? I bleed the fronts

Do you mean the pedal is staying at the floor!? Or - are you having trouble getting pedal pressure and braking action?

Air in system and rear drum brake adjustment are manditory to be right. Master cylinder's can fail with attempts to bleed brakes as they travel into a crusty area of the bore that hasn't been used for ages and it can wreck the master cylinder.

Some brakes have different bleeding procedures especially with anti-lock brakes which I think were optional on that vehicle. Look for bleeders that aren't just at the wheels. I don't have the specific order for anti-lock at hand so that may take a different search is someone else doesn't have it here to share,
