Engine dies after starting up Sign In

Hi I have a midsize pick up 4cyl. It starts up fine the first time and stays running. After running for about 10 minutes and shutting the vehicle off. It starts back up fine, but 5 seconds later the engine dies. What could be the problem

Year, make and model will be needed. It sounds like a fuel delivery problem so see if you can determine lack of spark or fuel when this happens, T

Its a 2000 Nissan Frontier 4cyl. The spark plugs are new.

OK - that pretty much rules out the plugs which really couldn't cause this new or old. Still need to know whether this is a fuel or spark problem which will be tough if you don't catch it when it acts up like that. You may need an in line spark light and a fuel pressure gauge.

If you want to just start throwing parts out start with fuel filter as most cars/trucks could use one anyway, T
