Evap Emission Code P0046 14 Focus SE Sign In

Having issues with my:
2014
Ford
Focus SE
40,000 Miles

I'm having a weird issue. I bought a car with this obd code (P0046) Called a friend of mine who owns a automotive shop and he said it could be 4-5 different things none of them major. Well brought it to my friend and he checked all the possible issues associated with the code and said none of them were faulty. So he investigated further and found out that the car was involved in a driver side front fender accident. I never told him about the accident although I knew this was a rebuild.

He says that it may be an issue with the computer as the other possible culprits were checked by him and were not faulty as I said previously.
This is a 2014 Ford Focus SE
What do you guys think?

Here are some images of the codes:

You bought it fixed from damage AND these codes - too bad the body repair didn't chase that down in hindsight it was probably easy if/when apart.
Evap emissions involve all parts from fuel cap and vapor, fuel lines the idea is catch vapors and burn them upon start ups.
For now the clue for a low mile vehicle with that history would be to visually see if hoses might be hidden in that fender or out of sight (I can't know what was done exactly) for any damaged parts, hoses.

It could be that simple or if impossible to see removal of some items may be required,

These codes are specific. They point to an ELECTRICAL problem with the vent circuit. This is a fairly common issue as the vent valves are usually located in a place where they are exposed to weather and flooding. This one is in the EVAP canister which is located under the car in the rear.

The problem is probably the vent solenoid but all the wiring will have to be checked first.
