Fender / Car door damage

Just a quick question, my friend was borrowing my car and ran into a fire hydrant, with my fender... not going above 5 MPH. There is a bend in the door and a dent that bends inward towards the door on the fender. I've pulled some of the damage out already... just wondering if it's worth it to try and get the bend / dent out of the door and the fender or just buy new parts... my car's an 09 honda civic EX so the parts are kinda rare at a junk yard. Thanks for the help and tips!

You need a body shop to look at that. You don't want to just start pulling on things without knowing how the metal is going to react and move. You may turn something that's repairable now into something that can't be repaired any more. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
