Hi, I was wondering if any body could give me some idea about what may be wrong with my 1998 ford fiesta. The problem only started about 3 days ago when I noticed that I didnt seem to have much power on the motorway, since then it seems I can't get much power to let me accelerate over about 60 miles per hour. Also someone beeped me on the motorway and pointed at my wheel, I stopped but couldnt see anything and now I'm really worried about driving home, I am planning to phone the AA but I don't really know what to say to them. Any ideas would be gratefully received.

The description is a little vague. It could be anything? Not enough fuel getting through, Spark is dirty, and number of things. I dont think it would have anything to do with your tyre though. Call AAA. Unless you have more symptoms we can work with. Sorry

Of course this is only guessing but you notice a power loss and another motorist noticed something with a wheel. Bet it is a dragging brake and it was smoking but it should have been noticed by you if you stopped and checked around. This could warrant a tow.

I know it was a typo but be sure to call the correct # of "A"s as either would show up to help you but with surprising differences of what would be suggested!! AAA for auto help is 1-800-AAA-HELP in the US and bet same for Canada,
