Can't make your pic show but doesn't matter much. This car isn't sold in the US where site is based but just the same. Some lever to a cable to latch would be common. It would likely open the "bonnet" one amount and finish by hand outside. Most break because they never get lubed IMO. Many you can fight with a long screwdriver from under the car - some maybe thru the grille to pop open just one more time for the fix. Just don't break anything worse in an attempt. If just a handle broke inside try Vice Grips on what's left of the cable there while someone pushes down on the bonnet it might open. A motor club service might be a good choice or auto body collision repair place deals with stuck and broken hinges all over cars and would have some tools and experience in the approach. Good luck, T
