While driving i experience a lot of shaking and vibration from the front end of my car. I can feel it through the steering when too. Driving on the streets i don't really feel it. It's very noticable while i'm on the FWY at 40+mph. Steering feels normal. I feel it even more when the roads are bumpy. When i ease off the gas it vibrates less. The front tires i had before did show inner wear. I think i need a front end alignment. Also how do you know when you need to replace the shocks? Although it may be a good idea to have one done when the tire balance is completed. I agree with the balance issue since you stated it starts at a certain speed. Just a tip on balanced wheels What happens on the Camry is the bottom control arm bushings,ball joint,strut supports go bad and will give you a bad front end shake and vibration .
