Just had Pep Boys put fuel pump on and had to take it back twice. I gave up on them. Now it will start but even when the car is off I can hear fuel pump running so I have to take fuse out. I replaced relays already.

We can't help you if you don't supply the year, make, model and engine size. What have you replaced and why did you replace it? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
