GM 3300 throttle body clean

How does a do it yourselfer clean the throttle body of a GM 3300 engine. I have removed the air cleaner hose to the throttle body on my 95 LeSabre but cannot figure out how to get past the screen on the aluminum housing to see the throttle plates. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Get as close as is practical and spray away holding idle speed up as it will want to stall and that's all I can suggest without takeing things out to clean them up if needed at all, Good luck and use sprays NOT liquids, T
