Grinding rotational noise in front end

Hi thank you for reading this, As of about 4 days ago my car began making this grinding rotational sound when I go above 30 mph. It only happens when I'm driving straight or turning left (worsens when I turn left). It also feels like it's coming from the outside of the car near the tire but when I brake it feels like it shifts to the engine bay. The noise and feeling is definitely coming from the front passenger side. I changed my brakes about 2 weeks ago and when I did the change on that side the caliper was frozen but I was able to unseize it. The noise also completely goes away when I turn right, and the steering wheel sort of shimmys at the same time that the grinding happens. I don't feel any looseness in the steering wheel and I feel like I have complete control over the car still so I know it can't be a tie rod, and there is no popping or clicking sound so I feel like it can't be a CV joint. I appreciate the time for reading this and some help would he extremely appreciated.
