Help! 2001 chevy malibu cooling, overheating Sign In

2001 chevy malibu, 3.1L was overheating, replaced thermostat and coolant, found cooling fan not working, replaced cooling fan and blown 30amp maxi fuse..then engine would go 3/4 of the temp gage and no fan..so unpluged temp sensor cooling fan's run good..so replace engine coolant temp sensor...now temp gage goes 3/4 of the gage and fan's come on and run for a long time..does not over heat..BUT does not seem to be circulating the coolant very fast or fast enough in my opinion?? have tryed every thing to try and bleed cooling system. it seems full but not circulating fast enough..now it seems to be having a problem with the temp gage some times lays on 100 then comes up to half gage..maybe faulty new coolant temp sensor..even set a temp sensor dtc..
is it normal to go 3/4 of the gage before fan comes on?
is it normal for this enging to seem to not circulate the coolant fast?
any know problems with temp gage or circuit?

is it normal to go 3/4 of the gage before fan comes on? --- yes, completely. Fans trigger at about 225
is it normal for this enging to seem to not circulate the coolant fast? - Yes, it has to stay in the radiator long enough to be cooled
any know problems with temp gage or circuit?- not likely
