Help this lady with car noise!

My car is making a cracking or popping noise when I accelerate from a complete stop. I can feel it happen right under my feet, so it is coming from the front. Do you know what this might be? It is a 2000 Toyota Camry. Thanks!

a maybe: A bad CV (constant velocity) joint in one driveshaft is worn out and they can make noise on accelleration. Those usually will be pronounced when accellerating while turning as well. It can only be a guess but that is in the possible group, T
