High LT Fuel trims, Lower MPG when on highway Sign In

I have a 2012 Toyota Tacoma with the 4.0 engine that's giving me lower mileage than it should. On the highway going 75 mph, I'm getting around 18mpg when it should be over 21. I've replaced all the oxygen sensors with new OEM sensors. I've changed the spark plugs and air filter, as well as cleaned the MAF sensor. I'm not sure where to go from here.

Looking at the live data, whenever I'm idling or just city driving, the long term fuel trims are sitting at around +1-2%. But whenever I get on the highway and go highway speeds, they jump up to +6% and higher. From what I understand, the Long Term fuel trims shouldn't change all that much and they shouldn't change on your speed. I'm not sure if this is normal for this truck or not.

The truck itself runs great though. I don't feel any loss of power and it doesn't misfire or anything. The engine runs smooth and it accelerates and idles just fine. There are no MIL codes either.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Or is this normal for this truck?
