Hello

I have a 2005 Honda Civic 1.7L 5 speed
154,000 miles

I have a 2005 Honda Civic 1.7 l I had someone replace my clutch recently and upon picking it up it now has been taken back to them because they're saying it has a bad O2 sensor but it wasn't bad before the clutch had to be replaced they said they never touched the O2 sensors at all I'm asking you guys is it possible to change out a clutch and not mess with the O2 sensors or remove them"

Is it running ok and have you seen a check engine light that either stays on or blinks?

It's always possible to bump something or maybe unplug it for certain work.

In short what's your complaint? If a light on or not running well a clutch job shouldn't change the way engine runs.

Even this old if battery was left unplugged to avoid shorting out anything a clutch in anything is somewhat invasive.

Start over what do you notice wrong to ask about it?

Tom
