My 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan is experiencing some problems lately. The horn stopping working, Cruise is not working and air bag light is on....all within a few weeks time. Also, rear defrost does not work. Any suggestions or thoughts would be great!
Thanks!

Re: Horn/Cruise not working Sign In

If you can take it and have the air bag system codes read, you will probably cure the horn, cruise and air bag light. Normally it is what is called the clockspring. It is a rotating wiring harness in the steering column. The rear defroster is a different critter. You need to see if current is getting to the rear glass. If it is, the problem is on the ground side. If it doesnt, you ned to check the switch to be sure current is going in and out of the switch. If current is not coming to the switch, check the relay for rear defroster. If current comes to the switch and none out, replace the switch.
