Horn not working Sign In

Horn not working..1994 mercury Tracer, no known fuse. also airbag light on

In Massachusetts we have bumper stickers that say "Horn Broken - Look for Finger." Just a joke - sorry.

Horn should be on a relay. I doubt it shares it with air bag (SRS) but who knows. If fuses test ok see if the relays are marked - some Fords are in the vintage. If the same relay as the A/C you can swap it for a test.

Those relays should be cheap even at the dealer but I wouldn't just replace them if working now as some last the life of the car and some replaced ones don'tCrazy T

If the horn is not working and the air bag light is on, probably the clockspring in the steering wheel. You need the codes pulled for the air bag and it will lead you to the repair for both problems.
