With you being able to pour gas in the “carb” and it fires we know that the ignition (spark) system is working.
A 94 Cadi would be fuel injected so either the fuel pump is not functioning for whatever reason or the ECM (computer) is not or cannot pulse the injectors.
Can you here the fuel pump cycling (running) as you turn the ignition switch on or after you’ve cranked the engine? You’ll have to listen very closely back at the fuel tank and it’ll only run for a few seconds after cranking the engine.

These cars could be the death of me. Like Dan said check that the fuel pump makes a noise (it's a buzzing sound at fuel tank) even just with key in run position but will only do its thing for a moment.

If you can get a code it would help. I would probably disconnect the neg battery cable for a minute and see what happens but be warned that codes will be lost that may be helpful for the fix. Let us know what you find, folks are here to help you, T

PS: Sorry but corrected the spelling of the subject line. I never!!!! make typos LOL and just blame it on my Cat!
