Intermittent starting

2001 Saturn SL 4cyl SOHC 119,000 miles. It is having a problem starting whenever it feels like it. I replaced the ignition switch used 2 years ago. If the car starts & you drive it 10 -20 minutes and shut it off it likely won't start again for another couple hours if even then. It has this problem in cold weather and warm. You don't even have to run the car for several minutes starts once shut it off, it may not start again. Battery has 12.6 volts. Lights don't dim. Once before when driving the security light went on I shut the car off started back up light went out. two weeks later the starting problem started. Replaced the ignition switch nothing different. When it starts doesn't seem to have a problem with starter. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When it's not starting, is the engine cranking over & not starting or does it do nothing when you try to start it?
