Here is what I found on the Kia, the diagrams are not the best but it’s all I have.

Installation
1. Ensure crankshaft and camshaft pulleys are still aligned. See Fig. .3. Install
timing belt so that there is no looseness at tension side, and at camshaft
pulleys. If reusing old belt, ensure belt is installed in original direction of
rotation. Loosen tensioner pulley bolt.
2. Tunl crankshaft 2 revoiutions in normal direction of rotation. Check that
timing marks are correctly aligned. If timing marks are not correctly aligned,
remove belt and realign. After realigning belt, repeat rotation prodecure.
3. Turn crankshaft to align "S" mark of exhaust camshaft pulley with rear cover
seal plate mating mark. Tighten tensioner pul1eybolt.
4. Check that belt deflection is .30-.33" (7.5-8.5 nun) with 22 lbs. (10 kg) of
downward pressure on belt, mid\vay between nvo camshaft pul1eys.
5. Install timing belt guide plate with flat side tovvardbelt. Install tinling belt
covers.
6. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Adjust drive belts to
proper tension.

I forgot to mention that if you want the diagrams that you should save them to file. The web site I use to host them has limited space. It’s a good site the images never seem to go down, but it is a free site and I don’t want to abuse my privileges there.
I’ll keep them up for a week or so then they’ll be gone.
