OK, that's not good news. We have to do some electrical tests now to make sure we are not losing any current to the pump. You need a digital voltmeter that read in tenths of a volt and jumper wires that will reach the battery in one direction and the tank in the other direction. You can watch this video to learn how to do voltage drop testing. You are going to tap into the wires where they go into the tank. You are running 2 tests.
