I have a 1995 gmc Sonoma that I just bought. Ran great before being parked. Has been parked for about five years. It is rear wheel drive. Passenger rear where is stiff but still spins. Driver rear hub won’t spin at all. It is drum brakes, already disconnected parking brake and is still stuck. I beat on it to try loosing it up but isn’t helping. Haven’t been able to get hub off.

If the parking brake was left on for 5 years, then you aren't getting that wheel loose without breaking a lot of stuff.

! PARKED FOR FIVE YEARS!! Some people don't keep new cars that long sport.
Drum or wheel anything: This isn't just a parking brake deal (strong guess) it's a horror show sitting that long especially if outdoors now stuck no surprise you'll be busting all that stuff off intentionally to re-do all of it if the thing was parked that long NEW.
Things that don't tolerate that much time just "parked" include: All tires junk, seals on a surface at wheels and pumps all over the place. Brake parts sat in one position would all be junk now - expect that. Differential input shaft to seals at wheels will all leak - trust me.
Surprise leaks for some time when and if you do begin to use this just expect that.
It's all fine just expect to go thru a wild amount of stuff all thru this. Sure, if time you can get there just expect the surprises. Lots of them,

OK: Look at backside of backing plate for the "nail" like things that hold-down shoes. If sure, cut those off. Disconnect brake line and what's left of parking brake also expect to get new cables to go to inside.
Now: 1. With PB on the hub to drum area let it sit for a while. Take a sledge hammer (start smaller) strike the drum on an outer edge at a slight angle. Look for motion at the hub to drum? If it moves, strike the opposite side keep at that till off.
1a. The shoes and all hardware would come off all at once in one heap to throw out.
2. If nothing is separating hub from the drum you may need to use Oxy/Acet torches. First just heat the drum up close to hub quick to glow, go back to hammering it. If more stubborn than that you may have to cut the hole in the drum with care not to cut the hub.
Sorry for the discouragement. I can't see the exact scene and how stuck by what usually rust has welded them together can be both hole to hub and drum to facing plate of the axle.
If somehow not that stuck or rust involved (anywhere USA) try the least damaging ways first till attempts are exhausted.

(edit in) You can try pullers also. Speak for myself found they just warp drum to hubs can end up needing the axle too? Judgment call...….
