New sounds 94 towncar

Some of you are probably getting sick of all the sounds coming of my car, but I appreciate all the help. :-)
To recap, I have a 179K 94 towncar. Having rid it of numerous sounds, I now find one that may or may not be new. Basically, when the car is turned on there's a low pitched sound, kind a a constant rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, that runs for about a minute and then disappears. Any ideas what it might be?

The thing that comes to mind is the leveling system motor running....
but I'll leave this to Tom G...he is the resident Lincoln expert for sure...
