Got a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee with PW, went to lower the passenger window and it fell sort of angled in the door, we managed to pull the window up right while running the actuator to up, now when we close the door we hear a clink inside the door. I have a Haynes manual but it does not show much, I can open the door panel but what should I do to fix the problem, or what am I looking to see when I do??

I think you'll need to get in to see what happened. I've had glass only come out of a sticky gutter that is holding them which is hooked up the the regulator mechanicals. In that case window could stay up if held against the motor which doesn't know what's going on and when glass is let go falls crooked which is how you take the glass out which may have been done before and isn't stuck in track/gutter thing so well. It would be a special glue (origs sometimes used real sticky stuff that near broke glass to remove) that holds but is semi permanant. This nonsense happens when cars are all iced in when hitting request for down and the motor is pretty strong sometimes. You should see just what the scoop is with a good look, T
