The rear audio display which controls radio, volume, a/c, etc. on my 2003 Chev. Suburan is not working. It appears it's not getting any power. However, the rear seat entertainment system (DVD) is working along with the wireless headphones. Plug-in headphones are not working along with a/c controls, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments? I pray it's just a fuse.... I don't understand. Please help! Thanks, Di

That would be the first thing I'd check. Using a ' fuse tester ' , locate your fuse panel, (location should be fairly clear ), and if not owner's manual will tell you. Then, connect fuse tester to something metal for " ground " . Then I would go through each and every fuse with key " On " ,and Parking lights on. (if lights are off , you might get a false positive of a bad parking lamp fuse ). If one of the fuses is indeed bad, replace with same exact rating ...( 10,20,30 ) etc. If that fixes your problem great...if it fixes it temporarily, and the fuse blows again, you have a more serious problem such as a wire grounding out or other such problem , which you might need more professional help with. Best of Luck, Kevin.
