Right tool for this job? Sign In

I have a green 1997 Buick Skylark Custom 4-door with a four cylander engine.

There are two bolts behind the steering wheel, one on the left and one on the right, the screw inside the molding.

One fell out.

I turned the steering wheel to the top so the missing bolt hole was to the top and adjusted the wheel to where I could best get at it.

Any tool that could grip it won't go inside the molding and any tool that came close wouldn't grip it.

Is there a proper tool to screw it back in without removing the steering column or anything else? What is it and where do I get it?
