S-10 Blazer Oil Line Leak Sign In

I have an 1988 S-10 Blazer, 4.3 TBI. It looks like an oil line is leaking where it goes into a switch. Not sure because the oil filter is on fender not under engine. Can I fix this or is it too difficult? Looks like it is in a tight spot? The leaking line is under the engine. Thanks.

The oil cooler lines on these can be a bear to get at unless the vehicle is on a lift. It can be done on jackstands and creeper board but make sure you have a free whole day to play.

The leak is not in the oil cooler lines. I believe it has to do with something the oil lines attach to underneath on the driver's side of the engine block. The oil filter is on the fender on the driver's side. I can see a silver plate(??) that hold the two oil lines. Any thoughts what I need to fix here?
