I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH TURNING MT KEY FORWARD IT WILL TURN BACK SO THE RADIO CUM ON BUT NOT FORWARD AND THAT IS MY 99 GRAND PRIX GTP

From the limited info it sounds like your key may be worn out or you have a bad lock cyl...........
