Hey everyone, I drive a 2002 Toyota Yaris Verso (Please try and reserve laughter until I've solved this problem :-p). To comply with the above mentioned required details its I think a 1.3 and has done 62k ish. Basically I noticed earlier that when driving below 20mph with the steering wheel either straight or turned right that a varying screech starts to shout out from what I think is both my front wheels. It only occurs when the car is moving, not when stationary and running. Also the sound seems to stop at some point between 20 and 30mph then completely disappears over that. The only thing I can think of is that its something to do with my break pads but its not just occurring when im using the break (though when I do break it does appear to change the pitch of the sound). If you have any ideas to what this might be help would be much appreciated. Thanks all Josh

It's likely a brake pad problem. Could be touching the warning sensors or it could be the pads and rotors glazed over. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
